Placing an Order

  • Select your items and add them to your cart.

  • Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.

  • Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation.

  • Please review all order details carefully, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Local Delivery Information

  • We offer local delivery within Liverpool.

  • Delivery dates are arranged after your order has been confirmed.

  • Our team may contact you to confirm delivery details where required.

Furniture Delivery Timeframes

  • Sofas: Delivered within 1–4 weeks, provided the item is in stock with our supplier.

  • Beds: Delivered within 1–3 weeks, provided the item is in stock with our supplier.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on supplier availability.

Delivery Outside Liverpool

  • If delivery outside of Liverpool is required, please get in touch with us.

  • We will be happy to provide a delivery quote based on your location.

Setup & Assembly

  • If setup or assembly is required, please contact us in advance.

  • Setup services are not included unless agreed, and we can provide a separate quote for this service.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges will be confirmed at checkout or communicated before delivery.

  • Any additional fees will be agreed upon before proceeding.

Restocking Fee & Cancellations

  • A 50% restocking fee will apply if:

    • We are unable to deliver due to customer-related issues (e.g. no access, incorrect details), or

    • The customer no longer wants the item after the order has been placed.

  • This fee covers supplier and handling costs.

Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

  • Any access issues (stairs, narrow doorways, restricted parking) must be reported in advance.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or lack of access.

Delivery Issues

  • If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
